The Sofitel here in Melbourne are encouraging people to go beyond MoMA at NGV: 130 Years of Modern and Contemporary Art exhibition and immerse yourself in edible works of art. They've been in partnership with the NGV for more than 20 years and to celebrate have cooked up quite a special offering.
