As mentioned in my previous post I spent a deeeeeelightful weekend away at Barwon Heads on the Bellarine Peninsula. It was peaceful, relaxing but one of the most exciting aspects(for me at least) was the great fashion boutiques I discovered. I’ll be honest, I thought Barwon Heads was a sleepy little seaside town the last time having been there when I was about eight.
Quickly proven wrong I was when I visited Raife run by Hamish and Tess Cameron, not to mention gorgeous Charlie their chocolate lab. We’d been invited down to stay and visit their newly opened shop and to experience just how divine a sea change is. Ah hello- I’m thinking about moving to the beach if that’s anything to go by.
Anyhow it was all of maybe five minutes before I was into this fedora which was quickly followed by popping on the ‘Flowers’ sunnies by Raen. When I went back the following day they had sold (see, not so sleepy after all) but you can buy them online. That’ll teach me for not making an impulse buy. Hamish kindly gave me the hat to take with me on my travels so now I’m just hoping that we get the summer we never had here in Melbs so I can wear it everywhere dreaming of my idyllic beach shack and drinks on my veranda.
The gardener was on hand to take these photos as he did in the previous post. Handy no?
