Red and green should never be seen, but is mint and burgundy ok?! When trying to style up this amazing skirt by Runaway, I found that white didn’t do enough to make it ‘pop,’ and black just sort of, drained it.
Then I thought to myself, what colours do look good together? Green and red? I don’t wear a lot of red, but I did have this wine/burgundy chiffon top so I gave it a whirl. While in the hot summer months the skirt would look great with a white singlet, as a trans-seasonal piece it’s not too bad with a darker colour.
