The Queen Victoria Market, in the heart of Melbourne’s city centre, is beloved by tourists and locals alike. The fresh produce and deli hall alone are worth the visit, not to mention the authentic bratwurst and boreks, clothing, coffee, wine and other paraphernalia.
I’ve been going to the market since I was a girl, but realised the other day that it had never featured on Lady Melbourne. “For shame,” thought I! And promptly corralled The Gardener and his camera into joining me on a shopping jaunt. I coaxed him along with the promise of a spicy bratwurst, so he was happy enough.
