So a week or so ago when I posted about a lost SD card that turned up, you all got to hear about the best tacos in New York. Well I have discovered more fashion gems as well on the card, with photos taken up to a year ago.
I’m pretty sure these photos were taken for a post I did on the dress at the time. But now I look at them I just love the light, composure and colours. The Gardener took them of me and as is his want, he’s managed to capture the moment and light perfectly.
There’s a blog about photos and times gone by that I’ve gotten to know over the past year, and I was reminded of it when I found these photos. Do you know Dear Photograph?
The premise is quite simple: you take a picture of a photograph, from the past, in the present.
It’s one of my favourite blogs because you can be transported back in time by a photograph of a photograph. Such a simple but powerful idea.
