And so I ended up at the beautiful Miss.Fox yesterday for some serious pampering, and to find out what this new Melbourne delight had to offer. Director Victoria Fox who also runs Shrinc Clinic found the perfect space to launch the Miss.Fox beauty, wellness and day spa in Lt Collins St and set about making sure that all the details were exact. Right down to the Jasper Conran tea sets which I’m told took weeks to arrive but there wasn’t another type of china used in the mean time.
The attention to detail combined with beautiful products like Shiffa(Miss.Fox is the only spa in Australia to use the product) made it really special, particularly as I am eternally in search of the hidden and bespoke aspect to Melbourne haunts. On top of my treatment I had my make up done with Jane Iredale products afterwards that was offered as an option in case I had somewhere to be, although they do recommend you keep your skin ‘bare’ after a facial.
