I bought this dress yesterday for $35. The gal that sold it to me said she’d worn it once, it’s a De Cuba dress and still had the price tag attached- $299.I like it with the black(and my new bag!), I think it makes it pop. So does my glow in the dark skin but there ain’t much I can do about that! Fake tans- ewe!
