Whats Old is New Again

I thought about trying to make some of my vintage or second hand pieces look modern because sometimes his Lordship thinks I look like a Nanna. Which is fine because I wear clothes my Nanna would probably wear herself, but I am not the same age as her so it got me thinking about trying a little harder to make the look ‘younger.’It occurred to me after I took these that my two tone pumps might have worked better, but none the less this is attempt number 1 to make my 50’s circle skirt acceptable to people under the age of err, Nanna.I wonder whether this is a consideration for those of you who buy vintage or second hand clothes?I don’t much mind, in fact I don’t really care what other people think about the way I dress, I dress for myself but I didn’t realize it might age me in the process!
