A recent blog post explained my – and perhaps it’s yours too – eternal quest to find the perfect go-to winter boot in a pair by H by Hudson.
The only thing with those particular boots is they are beige, and anyone from Melbourne will tell you that black reigns supreme for clothing and accessories. So it was back on the horse for me in search of a black pair that I could throw on with just about any outfit.
And here they are!
I’d not heard of the brand ‘Splendid’ before, but as is my want I found them online and was delighted to discover they fit true to size, are leather and most importantly – are comfortable! My days of tottering about in sky-high ankle boots are behind me for the moment, I’m more interested in finding a good-looking shoe that can see me through an entire day on my feet.
