This is one of my favourite frocks – and lo and behold, I realised it hasn’t appeared in a while.
And why not? I’m not entirely sure! I do feel a sense of needing to present new things on Lady Melboure, rather than old favourites, but I was thinking the other day about one of my favourite bloggers – Karla’s Closet – and how I used to love seeing how she wore the same piece of clothing in different ways. Her style has changed over the years but I still love reading her blog and seeing how she puts things together.
Anyway the dress makes me happy with it’s ridiculous sleeves and O.T.T details and even though there are peeps who don’t like it one bit, I’m not too fussed. Being happy and confident with your own instincts is more important than blind devotion to conventional trends in my book, don’t you agree?
